From the Annals of the Vaporous Realms
Young Len roamed the Fangs one day, as was his wont, and ventured into a neighboring hollow. He had a notion to rest a spell and found a thicket fit for the purpose—only to discover a yearling bear had beaten him to it. The bear woke in a foul mood and threatened to maul the intruder. But Len, with a shout and nary a thought, charged the bear. The beast reconsidered their confrontation and waddled off, ceding the thicket to the boy.
